Possible Amicus case need help

On the call yesterday I mentioned a case that involves the question of whether a malicious prosecution case gives rise to a cause of action under the Fourth Amendment or only the Fourteenth.  I think some of you indicated that you had cases that dealt with the issue and would send them to me.  If you have those cases now would be a good time to send them.  Thank you in advance for your help.
