All:
I have recently been hired by a relatively rural county in our great state to create a public trust which will provide emergency medical services, namely transportation. The county has already received and/or has been pledged some start up resources including a few ambulances. Has anyone recently set up or dealt with this type of trust and is willing to provide some general guidance? I am looking for any known advantages or disadvantages in the initial analysis of if a District Trust, Title 60 Trust, or constitutional Trust would be more appropriate and I clearly want to avoid any pitfalls.
Thanks in advance and happy new year!

Most public trusts are generic and similar. Let me know if you need an example
