Group,
Problem: Town Employee placed on agenda due to confessions of stealing; thereafter employee claims (to mayor) a council member is involved; accused council member hires attorney who contacts me regarding returning stolen items to see if we can avoid legal charges being filed; sooooo, I think I can ask the council member to step out of the meeting, but I can't force him out. What remedies does the Town have to have a meeting without the accused being present, or do they?
Thanks in advance.
