Menu for the Future: a community discussion course at the University of
Puget Sound.

  • Explore food systems and their impacts on culture, society, and
    ecological systems.
  • Gain insight into agricultural and individual practices that promote
    personal and ecological well-being.
  • Consider ways to create and support sustainable food practices.

This course was created by the Northwest Earth Institute course.  For more

Wednesday afternoons beginning January 25th and running through February
29th.
Time: 12:00-1:50 p.m.

Cost: $21 (one-time fee) for the course booklet.  Please contact if cost is
a barrier to your participation.
