Four Evening Grosbeaks visited the feeders briefly today. The male Oregon Junco returned and 3 Sandhill Cranes flew over about 2:30
flocks of Ring-billed Gulls, estimated to number over 1300 birds total, were moving south all afternoon as well
a modest flight of hawks included:
Northern Harrier 3
Sharp-shinned Hawk 2
Cooper's Hawk 1
Red-tailed Hawk 6
Turkey Vulture 21
Merlin 1
all were flying due south presumably to join the east/west shoreline flight further south in Durham
Lakeridge and Reach Sts., just east of Uxbridge
