Ben Hunter and Joe Seamons are "Songsters" who won the Memphis Blues Challenge duo contest in 2016, have studied with the masters in many states and teach the stories behind the songs. Ben & Joe perform acoustic blues, fiddle and banjo breakdowns, folk songs and early jazz and more. Ben and Joe bring their passion for music to strengthen communities through song and spread the gospel of folk and blues music. "Ben Hunter and Joe Seamons are alchemist-shamans, seemingly sent from those times to the 21st century to wake us up to the music that is embedded deep within us. It is our national heritage."
