Greetings Neighbors, The first 22 days of this year have brought us a variety of weather from unseasonably warm to frigid temps. Something for just about everyone. The January homeowners meeting will be held this Wednesday, the 24th at 7:00 pm. It will be held at the home of Tom and Leona Angotti. 9103 Limestone Pass. The HOA is starting the year off on a positive note and we will have some great things to share at this month’s meeting. A taste of what will be discussed to include: • 2017 YE Results- revenue ahead of target and expenses below target. • Progress on the second exit. • Planning of the Spring Celebration just a few months away. As we do, we post signs in the front of the neighborhood as a friendly reminder and your personal invitation to attend. So plan to attend and learn firsthand what is going on in your community.
