A member is in a state that recently approved recreational use of cannabis, and they are working on legislation to provide for allocating the state issued permits. The member was wondering if anyone has drafted any legislation that aims to disperse licenses/dispensaries equally by population density, geography, political districts or even within a certain distance of others.
