Hi CollectionSpacers, I added and changed the drop-down choices from the base-collectionobject.xml, but they couldn't work. Did I do something wrong or miss some steps? Thanks, Sandra

Hi Sandra, When you changed base-collectionobject.xml was this in the defaults/ directory or within your custom tenant directory within the tomcat directory? In either case, it helps to have the application layer refresh and reload its configuration files. This can be done by hitting a special app layer url: {serveraddress}:8180/collectionspace/tenant/{your_museum}/init Once completed it might help to clear your cache if in case your changes aren't being shown in the UI.
