Solar Farm Decommissioning Agreement

Friends, DeSoto County, MS is welcoming its first large scale solar farm operation. The parties are now working on a decommissioning plan for when the project reaches end of life. Appears decommissioning planning is somewhat new as solar farms have a life of 30-40 years (average) and there have not been many around long enough to start the planning process. However, best management practices suggest covering decommissioning/end of life on the front end. It seems that, in addition to a decommissioning plan, there should be a decommissioning agreement with all the legal framework that goes along with the planning. Does anyone have a decommissioning agreement template they can share?

Thank you for your consideration.
Best,
