Falcon, Eastern Meadowlark, Snow Buntings, Common Eider.

12/17/09 - Windsor, Landfill -- spent 1.25 hours in the freezing wind
combing through about 300 gulls and was able to pick out 1 second
winter ICELAND GULL.
Northwest Park -- The RED-HEADED WOODPECKER continues in the same
area. The red of its heads is increasing.

number inland) at 11:30 a.m.

12/17/09 - Litchfield, White Hall Rd. (White Memorial Foundation's
Museum Area) -- 1 Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.

12/17/09 - Old Lyme, Brighton Rd, near White Sands Beach -- 7 COMMON
EIDER. There was no adult male with this group as there was with the
others that I saw at Hatchett's Pt, 1.58 miles (google earth) to the
east, two days ago.
