Dear Colleagues,

Judy Wajcman, Hiroshi Ono, and I are the CITASA committee for selecting the:

CITASA William F. Ogburn Career Achievement Award.

This award recognizes a sustained body of research that has provided an
outstanding contribution to the advancement of knowledge in the area of
sociology of communications or the sociology of information technology.

Following in the tradition of last year's committee, we invite your
nominations for this award. For anyone that you nominate, please send along
a paragraph noting why you think they are deserving of this award. Please do
not nominate individuals who have won this award in the past (see list
