You can find the publication about the High Tc Superconductor JJ arrays here: http://juwel.fz-juelich.de:8080/dspace/bitstream/2128/2057/1/13156.pdf and here: http://juwel.fz-juelich.de:8080/dspace/bitstream/2128/2069/1/19406.pdf Actually, some of the scientists were Russians, but they did their research in Germany, Juelich Research center, associated to the Aachen Technical University. A pity, but I did not find yet hints to a commercial solution. Frank
