FW: Engineering fees - Utilities

The OKC Utilities Department typically sees 10% to 14% for engineering and construction phase services.

This is based on:

  • Small-diameter water and sewer main replacements-typically 16 inches or smaller for water and 18 inches or smaller for sewer.
  • Tasks 2 - 6 services being provided - no Task 1 - Preliminary Design/Engineering Report.
  • Part-time construction inspection - around 20 hours per week.
  • More complex and/or urban locations are closer to 14%. Less complex and/or suburban or rural locations are closer to 10%.

Please review and provide additional information or context for Craig.
