Creative Intention Setting for 2018 What if you could use the power of your innate creativity to CREATE the life you want to live? And what if you didn't have to do it alone? What if you could do more than write (and, if you're like me, then promptly forget) a list of resolutions at the beginning of the new year, just like you did last year and the year before that? What if you could find a way that is fun and uniquely yours to express and integrate the changes you truly wish to see in your life? What if you could push a creative "RESET" button this Spring, just like Mother Nature does? Those are exactly the questions I set out to answer when I created this intention setting workshop. Using the transformative power of process painting and expressive arts, you will spend the day clarifying, expressing, processing and integrating your intentions. And we'll do it together!
