Is anyone in the neighborhood considering selling their home?
I have some clients who are looking for at least 3 bedrooms (more is better), 3 bathrooms, and would love a pool.
They are here from out of town and are leaving on Saturday.
If you would consider, please let me know asap.
They are perfectly ok if the home is not show-ready. They just need to find something.
Feel free to text me at 210-818-3100.
Thank you!

Morning LR neighbors,
Being new residents I would like to say hello to all.
I ran into something in the backyard last weekend while playing with the grandkids. Luckily it was just myself hit but I wanted to inquire of you all if this is an issue here as it does not seem normal to grow in the local conditions.
I searched the property for poison oak/ivy. Its super simple to identify “leaves of 3, let it be”. When none was found I search for the other one… Poison Sumac, aka Thunderwood. My DIY plant identification found a small one. All colors and patterns match.
Just to be safe, with a matched plant, gloves, trash bag, trimming device, and the goal of saving dog and man from future pain I found enough to fill an entire trash bag!
It likely is another variety of sumac as the soil here would not support the poison variety… but nothing else explains my reaction.
Anyway, have you found this locally?
Regards,
Elijah
Hey,
There is a lot of Poison Sumac on Camp Bullis. So, it definitely grows
locally.
