To All - Awesome sailing today! We had ten boats on the line and the wind was a shifty 10 - 15, with gusts to 20 mph from the southwest. Big kudos go to Gary Schneidman/Susan Glendening for coming out to race (they took line honors crossing the finish line 1st), and to Paul Kisala, Vin Landers, George Penny and Zoran Dicic for racing single-handed. Wow, quite an accomplishment in those winds! There are two Sundays left for racing, October 23rd and 30th. In addition to today's results, attached is a summary of my preliminary non-official standings for the year to date. Included are the scores for Wednesday night results, Sunday results, and include throw-outs. Eric Baumes and I still have to compare results and agree before the final standings are official for the overall season Club awards. This year the Club awards will be handed out at the Annual Lunch and Installation of Officers event, scheduled for December 4th at the Hudson Water Club.
