It's a casual meet up to talk environment and have a drink with fellow greenies. Join the South Sound chapter of Surfrider for an overview of what they are up to, including programs in Pierce County and throughout the state. Local chapter members will be able to help with details and there will also be a progress report on efforts to work with the City Council to adopt a reusable bag initiative that would include a ban on single-use plastic bags.
