Greetings Colleagues, I trust you're well and in good spirits. The HBCU Library Alliance offers members two dues billing cycles: July and October. The majority of members receive their annual dues invoices in July. Remaining members receive an invoice in October. Several members have expressed interest in receiving their membership dues invoice earlier, between April and May. To support this request, we will now offer an Early Invoicing billing option for members who prefer to remit dues before June 30th. Additionally, to assist members with budget preparation, July and October invoices will be forwarded in early April and dated as appropriate for the selected membership cycle. Processing Dues Invoices Access the form at this link: Membership Dues Billing Cycle Options<https://forms.office.com/r/0MBf0YW0df> and indicate your preferred billing cycle. Your response is requested no later than March 30th giving us ample time to process invoices. If we do not hear back from you, your current billing cycle will remain in effect.
