21+. We will do a brief update on what's happening on crude oil transport
safety in the Puget Sound basin,
and then figure out logistics for whoever wants to join either of two
events happening this Saturday the 16th!
We will have our monthly beach cleanup from 10 AM to noon on Saturday
at Narrows
Park

The cleanup will be our participation in Hands Across The Sand, a
international program opposing offshore oil drilling.
Chapter members will also participate in the Paddle in Seattle, a legal 1
PM demonstration on Elliott Bay opposing Shell Oil's plans to house their
oil drilling rigs in Seattle, before they head out to begin offshore
drilling in the Alaskan Arctic. We will provide details on the rally, and
ways to get involved.
