Subject: 3 PhD positions in France (Toulouse) on Digital Journalism
Dear Colleagues,
Please find attached three PhD adverts on Digital Journalism fully funded by H2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Networks (more info on the JOLT project herehttp://fujomedia.eu/jolt-etn/).
The PhDs will be enrolled by Université Toulouse 3 in France. Two of them will be based in Toulouse and one in Paris. Here's a short description:
Impact of Infomediaries and Platforms on Journalism will investigate the relationship between journalism and infomediary platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Twitter.
Politics and Ethics of User-Generated Contentin Journalism will investigate a critical understanding of how newsrooms integrate user-generated content into newsgathering.
Audience Analytics will investigate improved techniques for measuring performance and a critical understanding of how newsrooms can integrate data-driven decision making. Host: Samsa.fr, France (PhD Enrolment: University of Toulouse III).
