Good point Mike,
I found on long voyages that getting up and walking around the deck
doing visual inspections of the boat, doing engine checks, walking up and down
steps once an hour really helps the circulation not only in the legs but over
all. I also found long passages and confined space caused many other problems
over long periods unless I did exercises even if it they were short in duration
but often.
