Greetings, One of my municipal clients having a population of less than 12,000 residents has called upon me to assist with a proposed annexation by consent of the property owners, pursuant to 11 OS 21-103. This is my first annexation project. We do not anticipate much, if any, objection to annexation. Does anyone have any sample notices and other related forms that they can point me to that I can take a look at to ensure the town complies with the statutory requirements? Additionally, I am open to any input that anyone may have to ensure this process goes smoothly and the potential pitfalls to avoid. I sincerely appreciate any input that you all may have.
