A member is looking to connect with municipal attorneys who could speak to their jurisdiction's relationship with tenant representatives (or brokers). They are in the process of pulling together the solicitation for their tenant representatives, who help find properties suitable for the City's commercial space needs. They would like to communicate with anyone who can share a tenant rep contract and speak to the structure of their contract with brokers and also give them a general sense of how its working out (e.g., timeline for turn around on relevant projects, conflicts of interests, etc).
