FFCRA Leave

The paid leave requirements of the FFCRA are set to expire 12/31/2020.  What
are your municipalities doing, as far as policy?  Are you assuming the
requirements will be extended, at least insofar as leave that's not been
used by an employee will be available after 1/1/2021?

Or are your clients assuming the additional paid leave isn't available after
12/31 and reverting to prior policies alone?

Thanks for any insight.

There have been discussions about this issue in Sand Springs (today) and I
believe the benefits will be extended by the City through Jan. 31.
