world how recreational trawlers should be designed.

I believe that perhaps this is true.  He certainly did an excellent job.
I'm just trying to understand a little more about how he did it.

beyound hull speed is less than the incremental power it takes to get to
hull speed as indicated in item e) of my initial report.

Wow!!  That is impressive.  I guess I missed that the first time around.
