Steve Kinsley found a non-breeding plumage Red-necked Phalarope on the 2nd cell of the lagoons yesterday afternoon.  I watched it for about 30 minutes from 3 pm.Cedar St

The lagoons are at the east end of the short Cedar Street running east off Yonge St. in Holland Landing about mid way between Queensville and Mt. Albert Sideroads.Happy birding,
