Hi Gators!
I'll be leading the workout tomorrow night and want to correct what's in
Training Peaks. Instead of a run, we will be cycling first for about 45
minutes, followed by 30 minutes of strength training (including this week's
plank challenge), and finishing with about 15 minutes of yoga. So meet me
at the Spin room around 7:15 tomorrow night, so we can get started by 7:30.
