SPSSEG is holding its first annual Spring Meeting in Puyallup! First we
will hear about the Status and Trends of the Puyallup River Salmon by Russ
Ladley from the Puyallup Tribe. Then our very own Kristin Williamson will
fill us in on the Habitat Restoration Efforts taking place in the Puyallup
River Watershed. Our key note speaker Kim Gridley the LID Program
Coordinator for WSU (former SPSSEG Project Manager) will wrap up the event
with a tour of low impact development techniques and designs in the form
of permeable pavement and rain gardens!
For all of our members, supporters, and those who are just curious if you
live in the area please stop by and learn about salmon restoration in your
local watershed.
