Patti Wilma, City of Bellevue Planning Manager, has arranged for a special
meeting with Vuecrest residents to share information, answer questions, and
hear feedback on the proposals being discussed as part of the Downtown
Livability Advisory Committee. The meeting will be held at City Hall (Room
2E-106) this Monday, June 16th from 5:30-6:30pm.
The next (and possibly final) meeting of the Downtown Livability Committee
will be held Wednesday, June 18th from 6:30-9:30pm at City Hall. The packet
for this meeting includes minutes from the last meeting and extensive notes
from last week's Open House:

Note that there are significant changes to option 2c of the proposal, with
the height limit for this area now 160-240' with a 200' average and 5.0
Floor-Area Ratio (original proposal had 300' height and 6.0 FAR).
Hope you can join us on Monday,
