We are a group of 7+ adults and two children that have intentionally joined
under one roof (actually two) to share space. Our urban-ish house has been
a work in progress for 3 plus years. We currently have full lawn conversion
to perennial and annual food production, 20 plus fruit and nut trees, a cob
pizza oven w/ green roof, partial earthen floor, large rainwater catchment,
grey water systems, many composting systems, 4 chickens and a turkey, no
partridge but we do have a pear tree. We have weekly meetings on Sundays to
organize efforts and weekly community dinners open to all on Mondays.

We currently have one empty room and are seeking a new member or members
for our community. Ideal candidates would be passionate about regenerative
systems and willing to share in the work of creating this with us. We are
open to all to include couples and those with children. Rooms are $350 for
a single person, $400 for couples, and everyone pays $10/month into our
house fund for maintenance, etc. All utilities, including internet, are
included.

If you aren’t interested in joining our household but would like to know
more, consider joining us for a “Permaculture in Neighborhoods” workshop at
our house hosted by Wolf Camp on March 15th, 10am-4pm. Find the
listing on Tacoma

Or alternatively just come over for dinner sometime, most Mondays at
7pm.

Sincerely,
the 120th St EcoHouse

I just want to say that your house is AWESOME! Keep up the great work, it's truely an inspiration for how I understand society should function; as an educated group of kindred spirits! Spread the love and knowledge. Namaste
