Wind began stiff WNW and shifted to WSW in the last few hours. Raptor Observations: Aside from local Red-tails, not a buteo in sight. The onset of WSW meant lots of lift for gulls and eagle at the cliff edge, but the hoped-for Peregrines did not appear.
