We have a space available April 1st  in the Jet Artist Cooperative (1901
Jefferson AVE, 3rd floor). Monthly dues for this space: $225 (long
rectangle space with a window, I think roughly 10 feet x 20 but I'll have
to measure).  The building is typically on the Art at Work Studio Tours
route and sometimes part of Artwalk and other activities.

The Jet Artist Co-Op opened in March, 2007, on the top floor of the JET
Equipment Building on UW Tacoma’s Campus (1901 Jefferson AVE, up the hill
from LINK Rail).  Ready to get out of the spare room or garage and get some
great natural light at an affordable rate?!

The cooperative’s mission is to provide a low-cost place for artists to
work in an open-concept studio setting.  Artists have access to their space
24/7 and may utilize designated shared areas (including scheduled use of a
conference room for classes and sales).

  • Please note this is NOT live/work space *

Please arrange a visit to make sure the space is right for you by
contacting Linda Danforth at 253.719.7005 or email
lindadanforth@gmail.com  (utilities
including wifi and tenant liability insurance included).  A deposit is
required to secure a space.
