“Heart Strings” A collection of work by Puget Sound Sumi Artists (PSSA) Puget Sound Sumi Artists is a non-profit group of artists with passion for and practice of Sumi-e, Asian brush calligraphy (shodo), and Japanese flower arranging (ikebana). PSSA currently has over 50 members all over Washington, and assorted states. PSSA was established in 1986 in Tacoma, WA. The artists work with traditional materials and encourage individual creativity.
