Any cities or towns use a third-party service that performs basic inspections of primarily commercial kitchens for compliance with fire code requirements? There is apparently a company that has a qualified fire marshal on staff that will perform inspections for municipalities at no charge to the municipality, but charge the owner/tenant a fee for the service.
