GFC ROLL CALL!
Our 13 week winter Gator Fitness Challenge came to an end yestereday
(Sunday, March 29)! We will continue with the Virtual GFC introduced last
week, so hopefully that will provide some extra motivation to stay fit
during this unusual period we are all currently experiencing!
So how did you do in week 13 (Monday 3/23-Sunday3/29)? If you completed
both challenges or one of the two (SBR or SCF), just post a comment and
we'll put you into the final version of our log sheet that will be posted
later this week.
And just a reminder about how you earn each challenge point...
• SBR Challenge: Two options...
◦ Complete a minimum of 45 minutes EACH of swim, bike/spin, AND run/jog.
OR...
◦ Complete a minimum of 45 minutes each of bike/spin and run/jog and then
do a total of 45 minutes extra of bike/spin and/or run/jog (to compensate
for the swim)
• SCF Challenge: Complete a total of 45 minutes of combined strength and/or
core and/or flexibility training.
