IN CASE YOU MISSED IT...
An announcement about "Announcements" 🙂... Just a reminder that any
newsy/informational type posts are designated as "Announcements". If you
only check in to our Facebook group once in a while, you can easily stay
up-to-date by looking there.
The types of items we include are...
• Best Wishes... Typically posted on Friday to wish our athletes,
especially those with events, a safe and successful weekend.
• Events... This includes workouts and races with direct links to more
details.
• "This Week in Tri Club" (and Gator Fitness Challenge Roll Call)...
Typically posted on Mondays, this is a summary of what's coming up over the
next 7 days. And between October-March, it also serves as the spot to post
your GFC results from the prior week.
• Workouts Survey... Typically posted on Sunday... This is something we've
started during the COVID era as a way to track who is doing which workouts
(especially since some are capacity limited).
• "Who's In?" athlete event calendar... We update this every time we learn
about a change to an athlete's calendar including new events, event
cancellations, and event type changes. It is posted every 1-2 months.
• Happy Birthday... At the very end of each month (or the start of the next
month) we post a list of upcoming birthdays... So check here if you want to
know who to send best wishes!
• Quarterly Club Workouts Calendar... Each quarter we update our weekly
workout calendar during a quarterly coaches meeting. You can always find
the latest here.
