This is a 33'-6" all aluminum catamaran powered by twin 250hp 4-stroke Yamaha outboards. This vessel is designed to attain a top speed of over 37 knots, cruise at approximately 28 knots and will meet NY State Ambulance certification standards. The mission of this vessel is to provide quick response capabilities for marine emergencies in and around Northport's harbor. Moose Boats also built a water-jet propelled response/fire vessel for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in 2005 and is currently building multiple vessels, of similar design, for the US NAVY and various law enforcement agencies nation-wide.
