Master Gardener & TAGRO guru shows how easy a green thumb can be

Learn easy gardening tips and tricks and how to start a raised bed garden from Master Gardener and TAGRO guru Gordy Behnke on Wednesday, April 28, at 10:30 a.m. at the City of Tacoma EnviroHouse. The EnviroHouse is located at the Tacoma Landfill, 3510 S. Mullen St.

This workshop is part of series of educational opportunities coming to the EnviroHouse. Future EnviroHouse learning opportunities include composting (second Saturday of every month), sustainable landscaping and plant identification, irrigation, rain barrels, residential rain gardens, solar power, natural day-lighting and weatherization throughout the summer, and there will even be classes for children.
