The National Partnership for New Americans, National Skills Coalition, and World Education Services invite you to our virtual Ready to Thrive: Language Access & Workforce Development Interest Meeting on Friday, December 11th from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST.

Language access, workforce development, and digital literacy are important factors in improving not only the immigrant integration experience but also enhancing one’s general well-being. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought to light the inequalities that English learners and their families experience, not only when seeking medical attention, but also in their day-to-day lives; along with the need to reduce workforce and licensing barriers for immigrant and refugee workers. Join this meeting to discuss and strategize the issue of language access and workforce development, as well as discuss new policy and program possibilities and strategies with the incoming administration, and at local and state levels.

Please https://forms.gle/DY5ghxGSfkDLPDfw5 for the Ready to Thrive: Language Access & Workforce Development (Virtual) Interest Meeting and you will receive a link to join the interest meeting.

We look forward to connecting virtually this December! If you have any questions, please reach out to Melissa Holguin Pineda of NPNA at mailto:melissa@partnershipfornewamericans.org or Sarah Mesick at mailto:sarah@partnershipfornewamericans.org
