Greetings, all! NCL is eager to share with members and friends some new features from our website: two new sections on literacy leadership awards and on research. As the spring 2015 awards event approaches, NCL has compiled a list of previous award winners from the past 10 years. These past awardees "have made a significant contribution to the field of adult education and literacy that is national in scope or has national significance."

In the research section, NCL members and friends can find research summaries and reports covering 10 different areas of adult education advocacy. In addition to keeping some salient summaries from our previous website, we have added numerous new reports and links to research. We plan to continue updating this section. Members and friends can also be on the lookout for new sections on policy communications and factsheets coming soon.

NCL's website support committee is also looking for members who can volunteer occasionally. Do you have an hour to identify links to reports or factsheets for adult education advocacy? Or a few moments to tweet about adult education news impacting NCL members? We are looking for volunteers to join us in keeping our online presence refreshed and ready for advocacy. It's quick, easy, and possibly even addictive. Please contact me if you can help.

For adult education,
Margaret
