Dinghy hoist

Kathy K came with a trailer winch on the dinghy davit.  I use it to
hoist the dinghy and outboard motor up to the upper deck.  My
estimate is that the dinghy weighs 250 lbs. and the motor weighs 80
lbs.  By the time I winch the dinghy up about 10' I am worn out.

I am looking for an electric hoist or winch to replace the manual
trailer winch.  I found a snowmobile winch but would rather use one
made for the  marine environment.

Any ideas?

A couple of months ago I installed a $90 ATV winch on my hoist. Works very
well. Just make a waterproof cover for it.

Cheers, garrett
