The word from Canal Corp:

11/4 - ENTIRE CANAL SYSTEM OPEN

Mariners are advised the Erie Canal from Lock E-8 (Scotia) through Lock
E-17 (Little Falls) will re-open for navigation at 7:00 am on Sunday,
November 4, 2012. At that time, all portions of the Canal System will be
open.
