Over the past week I have been asked about access to the Harrow Sewage Lagoons. There is a permit to enter and it is open to members of the Essex county Field Naturalists. Members may request a copy of the permit and adhere to the guidelines. Also you can obtain the combination to the lock on the gate for the 3rd Concession.
