LSR,
I spoke to Jim Hare, Operations Manager for Waste Connections a few moments ago. am. We discussed the ability to maintain both the recycle and trash pickup in one day. That day Thursday.
Appears poor communication and not the two week notice we discussed prior for any changes.
Because we expressed our concern on having two separate days, they are going back to a single day for pickup. That day is Thursday. There still will be two trucks. One for trash and one for recycle. I am told they will pickup within a few hours of each other. That to be seen in actual runs.
Place your cans approximately 5-6 ft. apart so they can easily pickup.
No pickup on Monday. Do not set your recycle out on Monday.
You will be getting notified if you haven’t already by Waste Connections.
