TORCH mailto:torchthemusic.com?subject=Torch%20ensemble, a
Seattle-based contemporary group (Brian Chin, trumpet; Eric Likkel,
clarinets; Steve Schermer, bass; Ben Thomas, vibes) perform original and
experimental compositions, melding genres as disparate as contemporary
classical composition, modern tango and jazz improvisation. In this
performance, Torch  collaborates with videographer Scott Kolbo
mailto:http://www.scottkolbo.net/about-scott-kolbo in his multi-media
"Passages" which tells an inspiring story of resilience and hope, with a
heavy dose of slapstick humor and absurdity. Seattle composer Ken
Benshoof describes a Torch performance as  “… cool rhythms, a nice mix
of humor and mystery… always felt part of an adventure.”

All ages welcome. More info at https://classicaltuesdays.blogspot.com
