A student that I'm talking with joined the CITASA section with ASA but didn't know about the CITASA list. The website at the bottom of all of our mails - http://list.citasa.org/mailman/listinfo/citasa_list.citasa.org - doesn't work. How do you tell someone to join the CITASA list?

As I suspected, you can subscribe by just sending a blank message to:
citasa-subscribe@list.citasa.orgmailto:citasa-subscribe@list.citasa.org
I just tested it and it works.
Take care,
