I have an amazing friend who is doing consulting for just this reason. The company he has is doing this around the country. They are also helping put together 0% interest loans for communities hard hit by the pandemic. His name is Barry Albrecht, his contact information is 1-806-640-3016. He has around 25 years in the industry, He is very tuned in to trends in econ development and his special area of experience is with military installations and their impact on economic development . He has recently put several large employment positions in the City of Lawton, even though the city gave him no incentives or help. This is truly a great guy who loves what he does.
