Posting for a friend (jhickstein@gmail.com).  I've used this 8164 to
provide PPS discipline to some NTP source that really needed it, long
enough ago that I forget which source, and didn't even know what a
disciplined oscillator was.  I've also seen the 8170 running, also
before the phase-shifting.

"Free to a good home: Spectracom 8164 WWVB-disciplined 10mHz reference,
and Spectracom 8170 WWVB time receiver/decoder, with special antennas.
Both need modification to use the new WWVB phase-shift format.  You pay
freight, or pick up in St. Paul, MN. Disposal by Sept 15 2025 or they go
to FreeGeek."

Spum bad keming.
Nature abhors a straight antenna, a clean lens, and empty storage.
