Stugeron seems to be the "standard" Euro anti-seasickness drug; every  Brit
and Euro sailor I've met seems to have it aboard. You can get it  mail-order in
the US from CanadaDrugsOnline.  It is an OTC drug and will be  shipped to the
US via mail from the UK.
Beware, though: you will be spammed for months by other drug  outlets that
your address was sold to! So, Stugeron and TransDerm  Scop are the two we carry
aboard. When the Scop patches were off-market, I got a  script from my
physician and had some Scop gel compounded. Keep the ginger  cookies though; many I
have sailed with swore by their ginger cookies and ginger  crystals until it
got really rough, then they tossed them!

Bob Austin has pointed out the dangerousness of Stugeron, which is
not permitted here in the US and is not likely to be.
